Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- Golf Grips (once installed or removed from packaging)
- Golf Practice Mats (with signs of use)
- Personalized or custom-ordered items
Return Process
- Submit a Return Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. You may use our template below.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse at: Pro Golf Shop Returns

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
For exchanges of the same product in a different size or color:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Include a note specifying your preferred replacement item
- We’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return
Note: For exchanges to a different product, we recommend processing a return and placing a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We’ll arrange for a free return shipping label if applicable
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- Refunds will be issued in US Dollars
