Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods:

Standard Shipping ($12.95):

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping (Orders over $50):

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We cannot ship to certain remote areas in Asia and other locations.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding certain remote areas). International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our golf equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, these products cannot be returned:

  • Golf Grips (once installed or removed from packaging)
  • Golf Practice Mats (with signs of use)
  • Personalized or custom-ordered items

Return Process

  1. Submit a Return Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. You may use our template below.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. For international returns, please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. International refunds will be issued in US Dollars.

Exchanges

For exchanges of the same product in a different size or color:

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Include a note specifying your preferred replacement item
  • We’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return

For exchanges to a different product, we recommend processing a return and placing a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • We’ll arrange for a free return shipping label if applicable
